Ahhhh Love

Editing photos from the engagement session I did last week. I can't get over how cute they are together. They look very much in love as they should be of course. But what's great is you can really see it in their faces, in their eyes as they are looking at each other. This is why I love what I do, because I get to create a wonderful piece of art and a lasting memory.

Engagements

Saturday I did a wonderful engagement session with Cathy and Jim. We trekked all around Hastings to some memorable locations for the couple. They were very willing to climb and get a little bit intimate with nature to get some great shots. I appreciate that so much, the willingness to try something out. So very soon I will have some samples from their session up for all to see. But first I had better take a peek at them myself.

Engagements & Weddings

I love when people get married. I love it even more when they ask me to photograph it. I'm scheduled for an engagement shoot this Saturday, a wedding the last weekend of the month, and another wedding in October. I just love seeing the couples together and getting to take their beautiful photos.

Maple Grove Autumn Art Show

I have been accepted into the 11th Annual Maple Grove Autumn Art Show at the Shoppes at Arbor Lakes. The dates and times are Saturday September 17th 10-6 and Sunday September 18th from 11-5. This was an excellent show last year. I had a great time last year minus the little bit of cold and wind at the start of the show. If you made it out to the Cannon Falls show you know that I now have journals, wall clings, and metal prints of my photographic art. These along with enlarged photographs and greeting cards will be available.

I just got about 2/3 of new products I ordered for the Cannon Falls Wine & Art Festival this weekend. They look amazing. What are they you might ask? Well..... I'm not going to say. They're a surprise. Attend the show this weekend on Saturday and Sunday 10-5 in Hannah's Bend Park to find out. A little hint - none of them are on photo paper.
